Just because she's so darn cute

Seriously, how cute! If I put this on I’d look like an idiot but she looks great!

I’ve realized that I need a bag…

Maybe Beatles bag? (Sorry for the crappy pictures) I like the Beatles, all the Beatles bag from The Fest where they have more Beatles stuff.

I also found this site where I found this bag, fatigue or vintage brown?

Pleaser

I can’t walk in heels but soon I have to at least try because there are so many cute shoes out there. These are from Pleaser

What the hell!?

So I was out on the net looking around and I went by Room Service to see if there was anything new and I was chocked when I saw this picture of the cat, poor little kitty! By the looks of it the cat will kill the owner before Christmas. Who buys wigs for their cat anyway? Sick!
The picture is from Kitty Wigs

Modern Swedish Ruins

I like old worn-out houses so I really liked this site I found by accident. Makes me want to go out and look for some abandon places, I know there were one or two places like that growing up but I don’t think they are many left around here anymore.

Topshop

I was at Topshop the other day and I found such cute slippers, I didn’t buy them because I had promised myself not to buy anything since I spent way too much money the day before, but they were very cute.

Books

Why I want Max Brooks “Zombie survival guide” when there’s no zombies around I don’t know, I really don’t but something tells me this is a good investment. Same thing with “The Monster Hunter’s Handbook” by Ibrahim Amin but I would like to have that one too.

Star Wars stuff

Thanks to Wonderland I found this cute Chewie backpack. Who doesn’t want a wookie on their back? And thanks to John Gushue…Dot dot dot I found this Han Solo shirt, it says it all. Both the backpack and the shirt can be found at ThinkGeek

This could be the best music video ever

I like most of their videos but this is one of the best, if anyone hasn’t seen it, do it! Beastie Boys “Sabotage” This is the longer version from Beastie Boys Video Anthology, interviewer is apparently none other than Sophia Coppola.

Kmye Chan

Not sure how I found the site Blogickal but through that I found Kmye Chan, French girl who makes wonderful art and for some reason doesn’t like cats. Anyway… I can defiantly picture her stuff on my wall and her stuff is available on her deviantART shop

Friday...?!

I honestly thought it was Thursday today but guess not. Have no idea how that happened? What happened with Thursday? Or maybe it was Wednesday or some other day I managed to lose, anyway, Friday came as a surprise… Tea time for sure.

Managed to get this picture of a poppy in the garden when I got back from the walk, kind of like it, looks pretty good, if I may say so myself.

Old

I wonder how long it will be before I get sick of the tartan one...

Instead of a walk-in

There is no way I can get a walk in so what can I do? I saw this picture in an IKEA catalogue and I thought, I’ll just live in my closet instead! We all want to have our own little store don’t we so why not make one? My room will probably be closet/library though. Only problem is finding cute hangers...

I love this “cardigan”

This looks so freaking cozy and cuddly. I would knit this myself if I had a clue on how to do that. It’s from Laredoute

We sell houses we want to live in ourselves... are their motto

A cute funny (Swedish) page with house listed and I have to say that there’s plenty of inspiration. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know Swedish, just look at the pictures and dream away. http://www.uppvik.nu/husen.html Click on the pictures to see more, enjoy.

Leather jacket

Not much of a leather girl but this jacket was just so nice. I found it at Blaec

Hussy stuff

Not really my thing but I liked it anyway. Australian label Hussy, all of this is from Winter 2007

So cute!

Cute cardigan with an OWL on it. Not my favorite color but... it's cute, AND there's an owl on it. And I bet it's warm too.

Sweeney Todd (again)

The Sweeney Todd trailer made it’s way to youtube and the quality is better so here it is. It’s better when you have let it sick in for about three days.

Sock Army

The socks from Sock Army is almost enough for me to start thinking about wearing skirts (but some people do not look good in skirts, Ellen DeGeneres and me are two such people).

What do you have in your pockets right now?

I’m wearing my beloved bathrobe and there I have.
Two nail files, one short and one long (the long one will make a hole in my pocket one of these days). Lip balm, I never leave the house without it. An eraser… Two tweezers, and a nail clipper and three little pieces of paper 1 “Drinking coffee through a straw, come on…” an observation from somewhere. 2 “Holy crap, is that a banjo?” 3 and old grocery list, rhubarbs, white chocolate, elderberry juice, on the other side just stuff about sleeping in and getting along…

Channel N°5

A little corny maybe but it’s Baz and it’s beautiful, it would have been better without the silly monolog, especially at the end where he goes, “Her perfume…” This commercial probably had a bigger budget than most Swedish movies… There an obvious Moulin Rouge theme but it’s okay. The best part is when Nicole steps out of the cab, I love her dress just billowing.

I'm in love with the Moulin Rouge

Is there anything bad about this movie? I like the acting, the clothes, the set designs, the songs, the story… Baz has to hurry up with “Australia”, I’ve seen all of this movies so many times now, I need something new.

Sweeney Todd trailer!

Okay, here it is the Sweeney Todd trailer.
I must say, I a little nervous, not sure I will like this. The little you get to hear Johnny sing sounds okay but the person shinning seems to be Helena Bonham Carter. It’s just a trailer but by the looks of it she’s doing a good job and no one can say she got it just because she and Tim are dating.

God I suck…

As I was looking through some old documents on the computer I found an old letter from January and I found my new years resolutions for 2007 and here they are and how they went…

2007 will be the year I…
1. Stop saying things I don’t mean and start letting people know how I really feel! (Didn’t happen and doubt that it ever will. I mean, what good can come of it?)
2. Stop letting people walk all over me. (Sounds good in theory and all but…)
3. Start doing more things even if it means doing them alone if none of my friends wants to come along. That shouldn’t stop me from doing what I want. (Sounds good and I have been thinking about it lately)
4. Look for a job I like better than the one I have right now. (Trying but it’s hard)
5. Will start taking pictures and convince myself that it takes time to become good and doesn’t quiet after a short time. (Um, sort of stuck with that. Guess I could take more pictures though. It’s a digital camera so it’s not like I’m wasting film)
6. Am thinking positive and I'm positive to new ideas. (Ha ha, you could think I was on drugs when I wrote that. Why did I even write that one down in the first place?)
7. Jog a little with dog and perhaps starts jogging more later on when we both are used to it. (I’m so funny!)
8. Make realistic goals and expectations, not end up with my head in the clouds. (Still with my head in the clouds, the air is better there. Must say I prefer my own little world instead of reality)
9. Stop feeling so guilty. (I will always feel guilty, even when there is no need)
10. Buy a present for Mary! (God I suck!! I still haven’t done that!)
11. Work harder on my stories. (At least I’m working on them)
12. Try more food. (Pretty true if you could desserts as food)

Cute shirts

They are both from Loungefly, my favorite is the panda, pandas are cool!

Raw 7

Nice knitted stuff can be found at Raw 7, a little (a lot) more that I would spend on clothes but it doesn’t cost anything to just look.

This does not look good

I’ve been wondering for a long time why they haven’t maybe a sequel of The Lost Boys and especially why they haven’t made a Frog Brothers movie but by the looks of it, they are making a sequel and I doubt that it will turn out well. I wish it will but I doubt it…

What were they thinking?

The movie is Jack Frost and I don’t know what to make of this… Um… Well, if you were a big Hollywood producer or whatever and someone said, “Okay, it’s Jack Frost! A snowman serial killer.” Would you jump onboard? I wouldn’t, I would have kicked the guy out.

Disney’s Little Red Riding Hood

Um, are they making doughnuts in the beginning? It looks pretty funny with the little cat with the shotgun. It can’t be very good doughnuts… it’s not making much sense is it. This movie is about ten years older than the Betty Boop one, and I have to say, at seems to have happened during those ten years… I don’t get this one, I don’t. They have replaced the big bad wolf with a big nosed guy who looks like he’s selling something, and just what was he trying to do with Little Red? And the hunter is a guy with a plane… whatever but I find these old stuff so charming.

Betty Boop as Snow White

Okay, first of all, how hot is Betty Boop? She’s walking around in a tiny little black thing and showing of a garter. She’s such a little hottie and a fashion icon, which is pretty weird since she’s a cartoon from the 30’s…

Arthur Rackham

The wonderful art of Arthur Rackham, what can you say? They are just so… calming? I just love old fairy tales; they don’t make stuff like this anymore. There’s an art nouveau feeling to them and I guess I don’t need any wallpaper, I could just have pictures and art everywhere instead. How nice would it be to have one of these over you entire wall? Pretty damn nice.

Chelsea flower show

Maybe gardening and stuff like that is dorky, so what… I have to get my ass to the Chelsea Flower Show, or The Hampton Court. Anyway, just feel in love with some of the gardens, you can easily see what I like, green, lush and “messy”...
Geoffrey Whiten along with Brett Landscaping and Building Products managed to create this little piece of heaven for the Chelsea flower show. How nice would it be if this was your backyard? A cute little shed to keep gardening tools, perhaps have some tea in and maybe even store dahlias in the winter? And maybe, maybe grow some seeds in the early spring? Aw, so nice, rusty old stuff, green shrubs…
This “garden” from Hampton Court was just so… beautiful and sad. A lot of native British wildflowers are apparently threatened and this garden is a tribute to the plants that are no longer with us, their names are on the headstones. It’s called “The Fallen” and was made by Sim Flemons and John Warland and “Piece of Green”

A whole bunch of people were behind this garden, (AOA Corporation Co, Ishihara Kazuyuki Design Laboratory Oshima Shipbuilding Group, AOA Corporation Co Kazahana Co) and I LOVE the green moss walls, how cool are they? And more important, how can I make one?

All pictures are from the Royal Horticultural Society
