My Gryffindor scarf

While standing in line for five hours waiting to get my hands on a copy of Harry I saw plenty of nice Gryffindor stuff. My half-finished Gryffindor scarf would not have been the prettiest there if I had brought it but it would have been far from the ugliest too so I’m happy and I did make it myself and that gives you more points that to buy one.

Fred! My little wizard Fred is almost done and then I’ll get working on his Mrs. I do need a cool late name thought, any ideas? (And please, the picture is not making him justice. He looks much better in person.)

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows...

Finished with “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow” a few hours ago, pain and suffering for about 500 pages… at one point I was like, “Okay, I’ll stop reading now and just stick with my own idea on how it will end…” Got angry at page 52, “What the…” and then at page 512, “You bitch!” to quote dear Molly… Then I was like, “Maybe there is no spoon…” and then it happened, and then the ending was very similar to what I thought it would be and then the book was over and left me a little unsatisfied…

How do I create this bedroom? Sure I will get eaten by mosquitoes and woken up by seagulls but I think I can take it. A bed right on the dock under a roof, just add tea…

Hoodie love part I

I love a nice hoodie when it starts to get cold, or if it’s raining. You can never have too many hoodies. This hoodie with both skulls and a heart on is from Heartcore Clothing and would make an excellent birthday present for ME!


All Hallows have some nice stuff too, like this hoodies with what looks like a skull and bird on it.

The best hoodies you will usually find at the guy section but that’s okay, just get a smaller size, hoodies are cozy when they are little too big.

I was actually looking for some inspiration for my bedroom and I ended up at The Royal Photographic Society and found this guy, David Creedon. The series called “Ghosts of the Faithful Departed” is a treat for the eye. Old worn-out stuff is just so beautiful.

Cozy

How nice would this be, a mohair throw… This is what I need when I’m knitting and watching Ms Marple, and having tea of course, and reading the new Harry Potter. A nice throw is up on my list… Can you ever have too many throws or pillows I wonder?
