This woman
And I seem to have similar taste, her blog is filled with nice picture so the fact that it’s in Swedish doesn’t really matter. Dreamhouse
Lexington
I never really buy expensive beddings since I don’t get the point but maybe it’s worth it? Maybe it’s much nicer than the other stuff? Lexingtons stuff always looks nice and they also have really nice pictures on their site (which seems to be working since I’m wondering if I should pay more than twice the price than I usually do just to have their stuff).
Last night
I finally saw Sweeney Todd and… I wasn’t that impressed actually. Parts of it I liked but when the movie was over I wasn’t happy. Helena was great and so was actually Sacha Baron Cohen which I didn’t really expect. But this movie was supposed to be GREAT and I was like, “Whatever…” when it was suddenly over. Think I’ll have to wait until there’s a Burton film I truly like. When I first heard he was making “Alice in wonderland” I was thrilled but I heard some rumor that it would be made with the same way that Beowulf was made with and I think it’s so ugly and I really don’t get the point. And I hope I’m wrong about it and I also hope I’m wrong that the remake of Frankenweeine will be made in the same way. So what is there to look forward to?
And I also remember why I don’t like to go to the movies… everyone clapping and cheering during the movie and getting forced out of your seat because someone needs to go to the bathroom over whatever. There were also the constant noise of candy wrappers and such, surely they realize how loud they were but I guess they didn’t care. This evening it was also freezing in the theatre which I somehow had predicted and I brought a hoodie along but it was so cold I ended up putting my gloves on.

I like the hair
I saw this by accident at Plaza Kvinna and I really do like the hair, how on earth do you get it up like that without a hairdresser around? Can you make a hairdo like that all by yourself? I doubt I would be able to do that.

Eurovision Song Contest…
There used to be one show and the winner would represent Sweden in the big finale but now it’s like the world cup of football and there are all of these semifinals and such. Anyway, this song was my moms favorite, she thinks this could win the whole thing… yeah right, but on the other hand there’s mostly crap these days so who knows. I think it sucks.
“I love Europe” by Christer Sjögren… Enjoy

Australia
Waiting for Baz Luhrmanns new movie Australia which is said to premier in September… sigh... This picture of Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman reminds me of the last scene of Crocodile Dundee II, it’s the same light and Linda is holding on to Paul just like Nicole is. Anyway, I’m a little worried that this movie won’t be Baz, with all the colors and humor I mean.

John Bauer
I remember this picture from…? Well I don’t remember when or where but I remember that picture and I liked it then and I like it now. It’s a little art nouveau isn’t it? I love the way she shines. Her name is Tuvstarr and it's from Bland tomtar och troll.

Lashes
I want to go to some sort of theme party or a costume party so that I could get away with wearing something like this. When else can you wear something like this? The middle ones are probably my favorite. They are from Make Up Store
Another nice bed
This one I found at Brocade Home, I also like the mirror and the lamp. My mom thinks my taste in furniture and interior design belongs in “a French whorehouse”, if that’s true I think French whorehouses are beautiful.
I love this bed!
Found this bed at Paris Parfait (one of few blogs I visit regularly) and she founded at Liberty (which seems to be a great store, another good reason to go to London). I love it, I want to crawl into bed. Pretty damn sure I can’t afford it and it would look ridicules in my tiny room but I’ll add it to me A-girl-can-dream list.

Cool plates
My only complaint is that there are just plates and no teacups, which would have been GREAT. I want the Jack the Ripper plates, and Freddie, and Nosferatu, and Frankenstein… Found at Pension für Produkte

Feeling creative and crafty today
I saw this picture and decided to make a pincushion too, better start with something easy and something that I might actually finish. I’m not good at sewing so don’t laugh when/if I post my little pincushion.
Picture by Hyena In Petticoats from her old blog paper.string.cloth at the Pincushion Tutorial (I don't like it when people makes it look so easy)

Popeye Village Malta
These houses are just so darn cute! I want to live there, well if it was a real place and not a theme park. It looks as if the roofs are about to fall in and the houses themselves looks pretty unstable too. But I just LOVE old houses, or at least old looking.

What’s my name again?
The warm winter is probably the reason why I haven’t been able to make more of these but now when there’s actually some snow outside maybe people will start dropping some gloves around? Let’s hope so… I call him Doggie but I’m not really happen with that name, it doesn’t feel right so what should it be? He’s my first and maybe he’s not perfect but I think he’s cute, needs eyes but… still cute.
I made him after the pattern from Miyako Kanamoris “Sock and Glove”, a book I recommend by the way.
